best night on White Riot Tour was when the ho:

don't think Siouxsie had any Banshees at the Screen on the Green but was on stage prancing about.There were Kenneth Anger films on and it ended very late so we walked home and had a lie down outside Buck Palace half way home what a great night !

I had a great conversation with Johnny Thunders once and he excused himself mid-sentence, went away (you can guess why) and about an hour later he comes back over to me and finishes the sentence. Then he went on from there. Interesting guy, nothing like his stage persona.

D C Collard played this immediately without hearing it before and we only did this one take as you can hear. Mick said that's the one as soon as we ended the song. Then I asked Pete Williams to play a bit of Theme from a Summer Place and Mick told him to disguise it and not make it too obvious.Then Terry Edwards told Pete to play in a particular key or it'd sound rubbish and he was right-so Pete nailed it very quickly
