Trumpet and alto is an odd double (not to mention violin), the mouthing (embouchure) is very different for the 2 wind instruments. The only other musician I know of who did it was Benny Carter (though I'm sure I just don't know of the others).

Seen Bennink a few times, with the Willem Breuker Kollektief (a band I really love, or at loved back in the day). At a gig at The Knitting Factory he had a drum solo, started at his kit, then got up, walked around the audience, keeping up his drumming on tables, glasses, anything he could hit with his sticks. It was very cool!
