i think it's from Cheech and Chong's Next Movie.. i think the part where Cheech is (or preparing to ) go on stage (dressed as his cousin) he's asked the time, and each time lifts a donkey's genitals before confidently telling the time. he eventually revels there is a clodk in the distance, byond the donkey's genitals, reveled to Cheech (or Red)
