Hi Krys.

A question. Yesterday arb played a song by Steve Stain and some of us were like, this is so good and little is to found online.
A record listed on discogs
www.discogs.com...

I kept looking and found a Mike Watt tour blog from 2012 in which he wrote how great it was to see Steve Stain at a show. He linked a FB page and there I read a greeting you wrote to him. Would like to know more about this excellent artist.

Hello, WR! So nice to see you. Well, I sorta know Steve via my very good friend Daved Hild who was in the Boston band, The Girls and also played with David Thomas and wrote lyrics for Christmas and Human Sexual Response. Steve was in a band that I liked in the 80s called the Blue Daisies besides his Brain Feels No Pain solo stuff. I met Steve in person ten years or so at a gallery show. Interestingly enough, my late friend WFMU dj Wm Berger was planning on reissuing The Blue Daisies album on his Prison Tatt label just before he passed away.

I don't think so. Most likely it's some dumb intern hitting the wrong button. Then it's related to the unrest in Israel, because I got in trouble for the station's links to the far right there in the Nachum days (though I had links to the far left there).. Least likely, but I can't rule it out because most investigations in France come from someone reporting a violation, is that this comes from a glistener. The "g" is intentional there, if that's the case I think I know who framed me. But that's the less likely scenario
