Charles McPherson with Terrell Stafford (straignt bebop), And the Something Else! band,Vincent Herring, James Carter, Randy Brecker, guitarist Paul Bollenback, pianist David Kikoski, bassist Essiet Essiet, and the drummer Johnathan Blake. I really dug this band-a hard bop/soul-funk jazz band, who really swung! (hadn't heard James Carter in a long time, he tore it up. Brecker was also terriffic, as were the rest of the band-worth catching if they're around). Saw Irene Trudel and Peter there!

Charles McPherson with Terrell Stafford (straignt bebop), And the Something Else! band,Vincent Herring, James Carter, Randy Brecker, guitarist Paul Bollenback, pianist David Kikoski, bassist Essiet Essiet, and the drummer Johnathan Blake. I really dug this band-a hard bop/soul-funk jazz band, who really swung! (hadn't heard James Carter in a long time, he tore it up. Brecker was also terriffic, as were the rest of the band-worth catching if they're around). Saw Irene Trudel and Peter there!
