On the other hand, last week I stopped my car at a crosswalk to let two young guys cross, both with their heads in their phones. One guy walked distractedly out of the crosswalk toward my car so I beeped my horn before he walked into my car. I swear he soiled his shorts.
By the way, September is Distracted Pedestrian Awareness Month in NJ!

Once in Arizona mountains our car slipped on melting ice. We headed for a sheer cliff with no guardrail. The only reason I'm here is a mountain climber's car was parked there and we bumped into it and lived. The mountain climber soon appeared and was angry. We were GLEEFUL to be alive!
