	♥ 12:22pm Threemoons 🌛🌕🌜: For those not in the NYC area, this rain is a big deal because the last time it poured like this, there were something like 13 fatalities due to people being trapped and drowning in illegal basement apartments. Also, a lot of said apartments are even more dangerous because of locked gates OVER the steps down to said apartments. One particularly harrowing instance neighbors were trying to tear out the grating (ground level) while a stairwell filled up...and eventually drowned the poor lady behind it, who didn't have her key on her in the confusion and whose apartment was 100% filled to the ceiling with water.

However the grandson of Janet Henderson has revived the restaurant in another part of the city and is winning awards. But the days of flabby quiche and sad old salads have gone.

Also, a lot of said apartments are even more dangerous because of locked gates OVER the steps down to said apartments. One particularly harrowing instance neighbors were trying to tear out the grating (ground level) while a stairwell filled up...and eventually drowned the poor lady behind it, who didn't have her key on her in the confusion and whose apartment was 100% filled to the ceiling with water.
