Hi Brian and all! I've been listening but had the laptop in the bag while doing some cleaning, and couldn't figure out how to log into chat on the Woof Mu app. No spring in the air here, been below freezing almost a week and not prediction to go above in the next two weeks. I got to see Blonde Redhead last year with some WFMU pals. Great show. It was in the Le Poisson Rouge basement club. (I remarked to my friends that it used to be the old Village Gate club and that 56 years earlier I'd been in the same room to see The Byrds perform during their stunning 'Fifth Dimension" period. The Village Gate marquee is still up on the corner of the building.)

I'm just waiting for it to get to -7 C or so, because then the air is dry and it feels less cold than when it's around freezing. But it's all ok here, I wouldn't have decided to stay here if I didn't like winter. And the house is nice and warm - the sauna even more so! Doing well here, and just about exactly a month until I retire.

One thing that irks me about LPR is they don't bother to put any posters or mention of upcoming shows on their small marquee out by the front door. It just says to go to their social media points to see. That's not groovy.
