What kind of song is that to teach eight-year-olds?! Then I got in trouble for singing "Yellow bird, up high in marijuana tree," foreshadowing my future stonerdom.

I all! Love the canaries! I have never known a canary personally, so I love hearing their legendary song. I also love the song Yellow Bird, which I learned in grade school. The song's fame was boosted by an airline ad campaign circe 1970.
