About a quarter century ago, I saw a play in Hell’s Kitchen written by Black 47’s Larry Kirwan called “Liverpool Fantasy”. It portrayed an alternate history where the group disbanded in 1963 because of a disagreement over this song's inclusion on an album. Kirwan had it published as a novel in 2005.
