If memory serves it was a BMW receiving lot or something .. that whole area was a great place to learn the weird art of motorcycle riding: long empty roads between the factories down there; the only competition was the huge trucks and they don't move fast enough to worry about..

It boggles the mind; just wipe out a huge stretch of the beltway; the only alternative, I think, is to crawl thru downtown to get around the harbor; nightmare. There's I-95 maybe, but for more local traffic, not so much?

In Miami FL area the roads are so packed with NO emergency lanes. So if 2 people bump their cars there is only one bottle necked lane left. And if someone is late they are gonna risk other people's property thru their actions. I need more civil in our civilization.
