Hi all, vg interview, Brian (sorry for posting kinda late). We need more WAR correspondents, and better care and concern for them (word CONFLICT is misleading). Diane Foley spoke v well, stayed on point, and it was so sweet how often she said “Brian”, Brian

In her book does she tell us more about her son? I’d like to know more about him

Does the book tell us policy recommendations her group made? And what the American policy is now? And has that policy been used? If so, examples of success and failure (re Beverly Griner, for instance.) Wow, it must be catchy, for I feel like a journalist. (Don’t send me into a war zone, coach!)

End note- I wonder if David pecker and the National enquirer tuned in. (As if!)

Greetings from Berlin! Those were 2 fantastic song versions you just played. i love your show and have been listening to it for the past year or two but this is the first time I've signed on here, i think. I saw 2 great bands play last night at a place called Silent Green here that I recommend: Molly Lewis and The Zenmenn. Cheers, Chomps

Oh, I just walked by wnyc. Had a segment on documentary UNCROSSED, about photojournalist James Hamilton

Oh, Brian said “protest kids”. I worked at city college of New York, and they just started a Gaza encampment.

Indeed. Wish I had the same courage of conviction when I was that age. I had other "convictions," unfortunately.

it is strange/ disturbing what the institutional trpping point is to draw a hard line on the protesters

I saw molly, opening for cut worms in Williamsburg. She’s really good. But 30,35’ of whistling was a bit much for me.

K8 might bring him by -- I'll be volunteering. Voltron tolerates -- within tolerances. I think that's the best we'll get.
