Hearty, try to flood your closed eyes with a brilliant blue, then recite: Dream sweet and / Breathe deep in / Healing blue sleep. Good mantra to fall asleep by.
  7:09pm
Honey Water:

Start OUT treating everyone nicely. If they bite you after that, you walk away or deliver a Coward-ly zinger then walk away.

Whatever Happened to Pong?
  7:35pm
Mike East:

Naw, man. The mailman didn't bring it til yesterday. Was thinkin' of watching tonight, but there's too much good radio on.
  7:36pm
Honey Water:

Chained with Strother Martin wouldn't be all bad.
  7:37pm
Philo Gristle:

Too bad, but it'll be just as good when you have a chance to catch it! And same here -- we're one episode short of finishing the previous season of Breaking Bad, but it's a tight schedule tonight!
  7:37pm
Mike East:

I did watch Attack the Block yesterday, though, which I liked.
  7:38pm
Honey Water:

Wash w/ soap -- no cologne or perfume.
  7:38pm
Honey Water:

Attack the Block was a fun romp.
  7:39pm
Philo Gristle:

What Honey said!
  7:40pm
Mike East:

I think you might be my midwest doppleganger, Philo. We're working on Season 4 of Breaking Bad right now, too. Also, I have Finnish ancestry which I believe you do as well.

Fun romp describes it well, HW. I loved all the bloody makeup effects
  7:40pm
Honey Water:

Mike, Philo is 100% Finnish.
  7:41pm
Mike East:

  7:43pm
Philo Gristle:

Loving Breaking Bad -- the best season yet. Too bad we'll have to wait a year or so to get the final one (we wait for the dvds to come out).

I liked Attack the Block better than District 9, which kind of fits a similar bill.
  7:45pm
Honey Water:

'Possums?
  7:45pm
Mike East:

so do we. Screw paying for cable.

Tough call, but I think I'd pick District 9 for its social commentary.
  7:46pm
Mike East:

...and screw commercials, too, for that matter.
  7:48pm
Philo Gristle:

Can't avoid them even on cable, which makes dvds such a good option. One thing I liked about the state-sponsored tv in europe. No damn commercials.
  7:48pm
Honey Water:

Right on, Mike! And in some cases, we've resold our DVD purchases at the same price we paid. We did that with The Wire box set.
  7:49pm
Honey Water:

My guess is celebrity sucks. At least the bad outweighs the good from what I've observed.

That's what X-Ray Burns said over the weekend, giving out his address. Or was it Jonesy?
  7:53pm
Honey Water:

Station mgr. Ken gave out his cellphone number a while back. Seems to be baiting the wackos.
  7:53pm
Mike East:

X. Ray lives at 30 Webster Ave. Kearny, NJ - but I think he was away on assignment last weekend.
  7:55pm
Philo Gristle:

Ha! And you're right, I think it was Jonesy who was telling people to come by to bump him off.
  7:56pm
Honey Water:

I've found some really nice bookmarks left in books.

I'm a big fan of used books with pencilled in notes and comments. The nuttier the subject, the better the comments.
  7:59pm

Thanks Hearty for all the nutrition, and commenters for the comments! See you on the flipside.
