up up and awayyy... hi!
Avatar 6:09am fxo:

mornin' mauri, where you at?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:12am Sem Chumbo:

G'day, FXO and mauri. Canadian sunrise: there should be a melody for that, too.
Avatar 6:12am mauri:

Finland. Summer's here! waiting the lake to get warm enough for swimming.
Avatar 6:15am fxo:

Mauri: cool beans. So, good afternoon...

Sem: I think it's morning, at least here in Jersey City.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:17am Ken From Hyde Park:

Not raining here at this time, but there's rain in the forecast. We're behind on precipitation, so a bit more rain would be welcome. Tornadoes are not welcome. I welcome this morning's tunes.
  6:18am pierre:

Bonjour !
Avatar 6:19am Frank O'Toole:

Ken: maybe a taste of fog, as well.

Pierre: bonjour!
Avatar 6:20am mauri:

G'morning FXO, got through the fog to my desk.
Avatar 6:48am fxo:

based on "Mad Men", JFK knew Dr. Feelgood.
Avatar 6:48am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

...if you believe what the LiberalMedia says about the birthcertificate, that is...
Avatar 6:49am fxo:

morning Mr. Stroso. Ain't it foggy out?
Avatar 6:57am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

JFK - the youthful image of the NewFrontier - had Crohn's disease & as a WWII vet a seriously messed up back (like Hank Sr.) & was on steroids & did speed & painkillers...as Lennon said about the early Beatles (same timeperiod) & pills - that's stronger drugs than pot...Has been suggested JFK's behavior reflected the psychology of someone familiar w/ idea of an early death...& that's the real 1960's...
Avatar 6:59am fxo:

RevRab: you got the idea.
  7:01am Marmalade Kitty:

morning!
Avatar 7:03am fxo:

RevRab: hence the Nov63 reference?

morning MK.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:07am Sem Chumbo:

All this drug talk has reminded me that I gotta go now and plant the Papaver somniferum amidst the kale and parsnips. Keep 'em flying, Frank!
Avatar 7:09am fxo:

Sem: alrighty, then.
Avatar 7:16am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

- speaking of Obama - on PBS I saw the Bacharach tribute @ the White House: Most touching highlight was Stevie Wonder on harmonica doing 'Alfie'. A roomful of luminaries & gear - & it's about a blind guy playing harmonica? That's ForReal.

  7:45am arne da torino:

I am listening in from Berlin, Old Europe. Should have left the house already a while ago. Enjoying your mix quite a bit though. So, I keep finding some minor chores around the house which allow me to listen some more...
Avatar 7:51am fxo:

Sean: thanks for checkin' in. The fog's been lifting here.
Avatar 7:53am fxo:

Arne: thanks for the kind word(s). Procrastination is NOT a sin, or so they tell me. There's also the archive of this webcast, in a few hours, 24/7.
  7:57am arne da torino:

Yes, the archives are a great consolation! There's no fog here, but lots of clouds. It's a (hopefully brief) relapse into pre-summer weather terrain. Have a great day everybody!
