In 2009 when my dad died I collected a 500k life insurance policy on him. 4 years later I'm in a shelter with a bag of clothes no job no health insurance and $20 from begging on the street yesterday

oh ok, get some couscous or bulgar wheat from a bulk bin, and then boil some water in a cup or coffee mug and cover it with a lid for about 6-9 minutes. use about 1 measure of dry to 1.5-2 of water. flavor with extra ramen powder, or any condiment packets or salad garnishes you can get. get a jar of peanut butter and then you can put that on most stuff, like day old bread or bagels. make peanut noodles with some soy sauce packets and hot sauce to get fancy. tall coffee cups can fit that stuff.

@Dick itchypenis: My situation was never as bad, but after 2 years of being unemployment, and my unemployment ran out, I was down to my last $300, about to move out my apt to points unknown (and borrowed from all of my friends), and I got a job. Hopefully, things will work out for you. Fingers crossed for you!
