I've joined late and I'm in the middle of seventeen things but I see the Motors on the playlist and I have a question for the group--why weren't the Motors bigger? Even Bram Tchaikovsky and Tom Robinson Band had bigger "hits" than the Motors did but they Motors did fine work.

Michael ftLC I wish I had an answer for that... I agree, they had several radio-worthy tunes, including the one I played. I don't know why none of them caught on even within the limited new wave/punk realm that gave attention to the other artists you mention.
