13°F in S. Maine, winds 20-30 , might gust to 60 this afternoon. Windy enough to leave near-bare spots a few feet away from two-foot drifts. Each tossed shovelful joins the blizzard blast. Going back out after lunch to ski toward downtown and see who's out and who'll join me and what's what. I liiiike the physical stir of the storm.
