	👋 ♥ 8:35pm Wendy del Formaggio: Oh man, La Tur. That's some good cheese. Italian Piedmont tre latte (made with the milk of cow, sheep, and goats.) I handed Katie Gentile a list of cheeses for Rob Weisberg on Saturday, and La Tur was on that list!
