They do function. We did some photos at the studio with them fired up. I'd share, but SR is kind of protective of images.

Linda, they're functional but really only for aesthetic purposes.

@rw: Side effect from working in the art world… My brain saw the lighting, the size of the objects and the fact they were in Beijing… Saw no immediate Chinese reference to the objects, deduced it was western in origin and betting on the Gagosian displaying stuff like that was a decent bet… Now why can’t I play the lottery with that kind of intuition? :/
