Interesting - as in 'The Botany of Desire' by Michael Pollan - they tell how cannabis has compounds related to our endogenous (natural internal) chemicals that help us forget. (PTSD for example might be considered an inability to forget.) Some people are actually born w/out that & can't forget things! The thing w/ chemistry is (I guess...) that there aren't that many elements - & chemicals do a number of different things in our biology...fighting Alzheimer's is a good side effect...
