That was a pleasant surprise: Matt(hew) Wright is a friend from the current Canterbury avant garde music scene - he'll be delighted to know he's been played on the world's finest radio station. He was an award-winning hiphop scratch DJ in his youth, now a professor of sonic arts!

(...Pink Floyd's debut 'Piper...' w/ Syd Barrett was recorded the same time early 1967 & down the hall from 'Sgt.Pepper' @ Abbey Road
- & the 1st thing there in the Beatles' part after they then vacated was most of 'Odessey & Oracle' !)

I do know that. I have the 2 fer compilation of best of and Odessey, and the box set. I'm not springing for the new one. And I missed them in town. There are tons of great people I missed, but tons I did see, so it evens out.
