Hey, have a good day Jeffrey. Wow this show with interviews is amazing. I remember seeing Koyaanisqatsi live at the Beacon theatre with Philip Glass directing, back in the 80's. Thanks for playing that Carol.

I saw him perform with his group for Powaqqatsi in Ann Arbor. Must have been early 90s.

Good morning, Carol and listeners. Did you know that if you listen closely at Beethoven's grave site, you can hear his music playing backwards?

He is decomposing.

Koyaanisqatsi still gives me goosebumps when I hear it, and has become my curse word for technically alienated culture and environmental negligence.

Hi Carol. Great show thanks. The Roxy song should read "in Every Dream Home A Heartache" on the playlist. Bryan Ferry was very influenced by his professor at art school the great English Pop Artist Richard Hamilton whose famous piece "Just what is it that makes today's homes so different, so appealing?" I always think of when I hear that Roxy song. Cheers.
