They threw him in the Ford (it was Michigan) and drove him 25 miles to the closest hospital. He made it and came back the next year to thank them.

	🚂 ♥ 1:44pm Handy Haversack: Last time I was at the Farm a car hit a deer and knocked it onto the property -- I didn't even notice the body until the sheriff had come and gone (not that I wanted anything to do with him -- real reactionary). I didn't know what to do so just tried documenting the decomp process and fly cycles, but a hot windless day pretty much ended all scientific and aesthetic curiosity. Eventually the coyotes and bear dealt with it. I assume. Pretty sure there are no hyenas in western Michigan.

They threw him in the Ford (it was Michigan) and drove him 25 miles to the closest hospital. He made it and came back the next year to thank them.

I didn't know what to do so just tried documenting the decomp process and fly cycles, but a hot windless day pretty much ended all scientific and aesthetic curiosity. Eventually the coyotes and bear dealt with it. I assume. Pretty sure there are no hyenas in western Michigan.
