  9:42am SmokinJ:

bb: John Fred's version of "Sometimes You Just Can't Win" has long been my favorite(and I think superior)version of the song. Just my 2ยข worth.. 8-)
  9:43am Todd:

Got the wonderful '45 last week myself--two great sides, love the photo on the sleeve too. Having heard a ROIR (fine audience recording) of the entire Terry Plays Monk gig, they should release the whole darned thing! That was a dream project--I'm sure you were there.
  9:49am Brendan:

Hey Bob, please share and possibly support this project about former free-form FMU DJ Danny Fields- a pioneer of the music industry who helped bring forth the Doors, Velvet Underground, Stooges, Ramones and more.

We'll be on Music to Spazz by November 8th!

Keep rockin' love the new Q 45!
  9:52am will:

Dreamscape?! Did they come first or did Lush?! Uncanny.
  10:00am Todd:

A Swingin' Safari...somehow I associate that with some early '60s TV show in NYC...on WNEW, perhaps?
  10:00am Gene Rayburn:

Swinging Safari was the Match Game theme.
  10:08am Miguel:

Hi Bob, hello from France !
  10:47am paul:

Is this a commercial for Life Alert?
  1:01pm fxo:

"Swingin Safari" was also a theme on Sandy Becker's TV show.
