Since we'll have to wait til the DJ break for the answer to that, I'll just chime in that The Maltese Falcon, another Huston film, is MY favorite.

I tried to get Fat City from Netflix (when I had a DVD sub) and they didn't have it.

Saw Werner Herzog speak - at length - before and after a screening of 'Treasure Of Sierra Madre' at Hollywood Forever cemetery. Evidently it's one of his favorites, too.
