Three cop cars and two bike police.
There was a big fight at the bus stop that I just missed.
(Empathy goes out the door when there's a good bus stop fight that I'm not near).
I asked the cops "What's up? Looks like America's Most Wanted out here!"
It was a fight between two teens. Later I learned there were guns drawn, which will freak me out later once I'm over my cop car rush. (Yes, I am four years old sometimes.)

OK, here is my announcement. WFMU just lost $85,000 a year in annual revenue as our tenant has gone out of business. Bad news: loss of a huge chunk of revenue. Good news: if we can raise enough money, we can have a new performance studio that the public can come to, like WNYC's Green Space.

@Mark - as a temporary fix any incremental revenue would be a good thing and it would work since the rent cost is $0, the labor costs (assuming they could get volunteers) is $0 and what would be sold are records donated to the station (inventory cost $0).
