	10:02am (Murakami Whywolf))): I read a good book with a stupid title, "Bottoms Up with a Rear Admiral", in which a proctologist discusses common anorectal problems plainly and with the benefit of long experience. Something that stuck in my mind from it was his claim that diarrhœa is an egregious source of trouble because the pressure of passing normal stool is necessary to things working well, and that hæmorrhoids as sequela of diarrhœa are extremely common.
