@Beanz GWB isn't all that intellectually gifted, but he way outshines DJT. Given that, who made more of a mess while in office? IMHO, Trump was far more destructive in his 4 years than Bush was in his 8. And the Trump presidency will have a longer lasting legacy due to his stacking of the Supreme Court and the lower courts as well, all lifetime appointments. Trump spent his entire term deliberately trying to tear down the US government and undo everything that had even the slightest tinge of Barack Obama's efforts on it. His selfish attitudes and ignorance of economics and international relations, combined with his overt racism, made for the largest backward step this country has ever taken. George W. Bush may have been clueless in many respects, but he wasn't possessed of evil and vengeance like Trump. I could go on, but this comments board shouldn't be dominated by politics. If anyone here today disagrees with my answer to Beanz's question, fine. But let's leave this topic alone and talk music, the weather and positive, life-affirming subjects. Our hostess would want it that way.
