Hey Mike, and everyone!
  12:17pm
phat in Lincoln:

I'll never forgive third-wave ska bands for their package tour bumping my band from a show we had in ABQ a million years ago. Ironically, the girl I broke up with the day before we left for tour was a big Bowling for Soup fan. Somehow the connections of all this escaped me until now. Luckily, the rest of that tour was glorious.

Hi Mike! Lol.

Ike-O:

@phat crazy - thanks for sharing and sorry for triggering! i'm glad it had a happy ending and may she rot in hell for breaking your heart
  12:27pm
phat in Lincoln:

@Ike-O I'm less upset at her than not having that show in ABQ. The club knew they'd make more money off the package ska tour than a post-rock/noise/funk/improv band from NE so they bumped us. Something sort of similar happened in Tucson, but they found us another gig and that ended up being phenomenal. Lol. I can't remember what ska bands were on that tour. I should do some digging.

Some real nice cuts in that last set, Mike!
