	10:48am Lizardner Dave !: The notion that white chocolate is not chocolate is an American thing brought about because the Hershey company lobbied the FDA to define "chocolate" as having to have solids, not just the butter. However cocoa butter comes from cocoa beans so the original agricultural product is the same.

	11:04am YETI BOB: TDK60/HH: I live in Chicago now, there's a little stand ("Kim & Carlos") not too far from my house where you can get a vegan dog Chicago-style (yellow mustard, chopped white onions, neon relish, dill pickle spear, tomato slices, pickled "sport" peppers and a dash of celery salt on a poppy-seed bun) - I like it but I miss the sauerkraut.

However cocoa butter comes from cocoa beans so the original agricultural product is the same.
