Sorry to hear coel. I cracked the sleep conundrum. I used a de-tuned radio (pre white noise machines) I imagined it was a waterfall, & I was in a cave concealed behind it. I would lay there, safe, secure & let my thoughts merge with the water's white noise. I actually learned not to listen, therefore not hear. Sleep welcomed me in without me knowing I had knocked.
