	♥ 9:26am YETI BOB: winston: I've done several different ways, both fermented and non. I like to experiment. Depends on the type of pepper and the recipe. Here's one I made that was a big hit, it has a little tequila in it : www.chilipeppermadness.com... There are some simpler recipes at that same website, you don't have to do the ferment but it adds complexity

So it's this very interesting application of the Mythological & the Modern. It's all about the Changing of Ages of the World. I love the Ents : the Forest has had enuff abuse & fights back...

Here's one I made that was a big hit, it has a little tequila in it : www.chilipeppermadness.com... There are some simpler recipes at that same website, you don't have to do the ferment but it adds complexity
