I have pretty succesfully duplicated their recipe here at home. 77-25 ground round. slice white onions paper thin and soak in salt water. Scatter the onions on a cast iron grill and smash them burgers in the onions. Let the mini potato buns steam on top of the burger. mmmmmmm

There is a place up in WNY called Bill Grays, it’s a ground round patty. I never really cared for burgers much, but theirs were good. The star of the show though, were the onion rings. SOOOO GOOD.
