As near as I can tell, abstracting from the mind of slim pickins, I think he's saying he's going to kick 'the boy in question' ass so hard and so many times that it will break open his colon spilling out the feces ' the Mud '. Then he'll use his foot to stomp the feces in an attempt to mold it like a clay sculpture to resemble something that looks right, presumably something like what in Slim's view what a correct ass should look like. That's my best guess.
