I stayed at her place at loisaida... well, b/c of the events of the next day, we remained in a relationship for the next three months, until i realized the catalyst of being in a relationship... curious times...

I remember being totally freaked out at turning 25 ("a quarter of a century!"), which seems amusing after you later find yourself turning other large fractions of a century. But the real thing that hit me was no longer being a kid -- and realizing that I was no longer going to have the "fun" age milestones, like 16 or 18 or 21. Despite that, good years still lie ahead! I was a total mess at 25, unhappy with my attempts at relationships yet also still making some awesome lifetime friends, learning more about myself. I took my job way too seriously at the time, though. I strongly advise against that.

I've slowed down a lot, in part because switching jobs from tech to a non-profit in music wasn't ideal financially. But 100 is a bad year

I remember being totally freaked out at turning 25 ("a quarter of a century!"), which seems amusing after you later find yourself turning other large fractions of a century. But the real thing that hit me was no longer being a kid -- and realizing that I was no longer going to have the "fun" age milestones, like 16 or 18 or 21. Despite that, good years still lie ahead! I was a total mess at 25, unhappy with my attempts at relationships yet also still making some awesome lifetime friends, learning more about myself. I took my job way too seriously at the time, though. I strongly advise against that.
