	1:21pm Acid Cazh: I suffer from "optical migraines" or "retinal migraines." Psychedelic fractal patterns flash across my vision, right to left usually, and take about 45 minutes to do so. It is usually not accompanied by pain, and is just a visual phenomena.
	1:21pm ITGLOWS: A jade stone eyemask helps me with my migraines. Along with a bag of crunchy salty potato chips and some strawberry shrub....either way, migraines are a real drag. I feel ya.

I started eating what I thought was a healthy diet: Almonds, kale, broccoli, asparagus...Turns out all of those things can cause kidney stones.
