very nice bobob, I read of a young musician who rented a room in the building that Ornette was in and that when Ornette found out that he is a musician that Ornette did a few informal playing sessions with him. I should have book marked the story and I think I remember who it was but want to verify before I spread tales. But the point is that Ornette was like, oh, you're a musician, come over and bring your instrument.

It absolutely does-medical providers, any organization providing medical services a doctor might refer to (physical therapy, radiology, etc), and insurance companies. Anyone that has Personal Health Information on a patient (medical information, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, etc) is covered by HIPPA rules to protect the information.
