Pabst used to have an events rep in SF that was very liberal with free beer. My band does a big Halloween show every year and we could always convince them to send us several cases of tallboys to give out for free.

We used to get a subscription to “the New Yorker“ magazine, and I used to see their name in the club listings frequently. I don’t think I knew anything of theirs beyond this song, but it’s a good one.
