ALWAYS send a hand written thank you note the day of an interview. They are a buck at the dollar store for a pack of six, plus a stamp. People love getting mail. 3. practice interviewing. I could picture you working at the punk rock museum in Vegas, bu that is not near NJ. 4. come up with an elevator speech that is 15 or 30 seconds long. Mine is "Neil Hamilton, mechanical engineer, I can take a sketch from a cocktail napkin and build a machine from it that works right the first time.". 1

I could picture you working at the punk rock museum in Vegas, bu that is not near NJ. 4. come up with an elevator speech that is 15 or 30 seconds long.
