I have the "complete 1955 Goldberg Variations sessions" box, have barely listened very far. But there are delightful moments where he is talking to the recording engineers and producers and demonstrating things, not in a lecturing tone, but with this aura of "isn't this cool"?! And if memory serves... there's some weird moment when he mashes up an American and British anthem, I'll have to dig that up.
