The 14-member bomba band from PR, El Laberinto Del Coco, got Lincoln Center on its feet for a dance party at the end. Off the hook. But there will be other GlobalFests!

	10:27am Franco Twinkie: This is a local problem, but it's kind of the same - sorta. In San Francisco you can't sleep in the park overnight. A couple of weeks ago I was walking though the Panhandle one morning. A burly park ranger was standing with his hands on his hips as a guy was removing his makeshift camp. He had a kitchen table piled with all manner of junk.(Did he sleep under the table?) He carried the table across Fell - a busy one way street as all the junk was falling off the into speeding traffic. When a tennis racket fell off the table and bounce on it's edge like a cartoon I had to laugh. I park my car by Buena Vista Park, where you only have to move it once a week for two hours for the street sweeper, then put it back. I then push my old person shopping basket full of my crap down the hill to where we stay. Rules is rules.

There was a lot of getting home from the party, sleeping for an hour, waking up to move the car onto the sidewalk, go back to sleep for another hour, wake back up to move the car back onto the street.

	10:27am Franco Twinkie: This is a local problem, but it's kind of the same - sorta. In San Francisco you can't sleep in the park overnight. A couple of weeks ago I was walking though the Panhandle one morning. A burly park ranger was standing with his hands on his hips as a guy was removing his makeshift camp. He had a kitchen table piled with all manner of junk.(Did he sleep under the table?) He carried the table across Fell - a busy one way street as all the junk was falling off the into speeding traffic. When a tennis racket fell off the table and bounce on it's edge like a cartoon I had to laugh. I park my car by Buena Vista Park, where you only have to move it once a week for two hours for the street sweeper, then put it back. I then push my old person shopping basket full of my crap down the hill to where we stay. Rules is rules.
