	9:23am Zinn The Mood: Hey folks. Just checking in. Been both mired in my own inertia, and reading more voraciously than usual. So it’s been more books than banter, more meditation than music. The opening of this set is really wonderful for my state of mind now. Trouble really delivers constantly. Had a reprieve from racing the kids off to school this morning and used that to do some deep breathing exercises on the couch. Breath holds of over 2min, twice. Hadn’t done that in a row before. It’s the perfect soundtrack also for “William Blake Vs. The World” which is in my lap now, along with the usual smoothie and coffee half an arm’s length away. Hope you’re all causing good trouble!

YT and my audio-mute key get me through to some things, however. The ready availability of the world in music available in New York area venues is a luxury I don't have, and vinyl records cost 50-200 bucks, so that time-honoured method of exploring new things is out the window too. Even aside from the noxious advertising, YT's crap-audio quality is a downright disrespectful way to filter all that's beautiful out of the subtlety of music, but it provides a shred of access at least....until the final clampdown comes.

	9:23am Zinn The Mood: Hey folks. Just checking in. Been both mired in my own inertia, and reading more voraciously than usual. So it’s been more books than banter, more meditation than music. The opening of this set is really wonderful for my state of mind now. Trouble really delivers constantly. Had a reprieve from racing the kids off to school this morning and used that to do some deep breathing exercises on the couch. Breath holds of over 2min, twice. Hadn’t done that in a row before. It’s the perfect soundtrack also for “William Blake Vs. The World” which is in my lap now, along with the usual smoothie and coffee half an arm’s length away. Hope you’re all causing good trouble!

YT and my audio-mute key get me through to some things, however. The ready availability of the world in music available in New York area venues is a luxury I don't have, and vinyl records cost 50-200 bucks, so that time-honoured method of exploring new things is out the window too. Even aside from the noxious advertising, YT's crap-audio quality is a downright disrespectful way to filter all that's beautiful out of the subtlety of music, but it provides a shred of access at least....until the final clampdown comes.
