13 odd hours over water is kinda scary. They're about to start direct flights from Sydney to NYC and London, about 20 hours non-stop, new long range planes, less seats, more fuel (more $ too). Not getting harassed at LAX would make the extra $ worth it.

Aitch, flights are the only thing keeping me from Asia and Oceania. I don't like flying as a rule because my old job had me flying to the Western US at least twice a month. It got to be too much. Liked it at first and then dreaded it.
