people passed out on sidewalks all over san francisco. my friend witnesses too many desperate souls dying or narcan'ed on a very regular basis (mostly in the Tenderloin). so tired of it, wevehad some laws change too that will hopefully have a positive outcome. again, i can't imgine it wont

This reminds me of finding TV channels that are glitchy and leaving them on the TV. It's the one thing I love about digital TV vs oldschool analog VHF/UHF TV. Digital TV is funnier.
