↳ Song: "Gone Forever" by "The Contrast"
this song sounds a lot like Aimee Mann's "50 years after the fair".

↳ Song: "Tell Her No" by "The Zombies"
The essentially flawless Zombies. In the Studio, anyhow...

My friend has been raving about WFMU for ages....and I never listened. I kind of liked the idea of secondary and tertiary streams. So here I am, home with the flu, and I'm enjoying this experience!

Best stuff is on the streams.
Sheena is the funnest, Drummer is serious business, R'n'S stream just what it says, really nice people, but that's across the board.
  4:43pm
Pam aka Newcomer:

Thanks Aitch! My friend adores Michele so I'll listen to her at some point. I think she's on the main feed.

Guess nobody did, since that product doesn't exist anymore

Cathy N:

↳ Song: "Bossa Nova 3003" by "Pizzicato Five"
Bossa Nova 3003 sounded like it belonged on a sound track to a Austin Powers or Federico Fellini movie.
Yeah, Monday was scary. I was driving to the Galleria around 6:30 when the sirens started to go off, and I saw the sky north looked REALLY ugly, and decided that there was nothing I needed that much, not even 1/2 price Bissingers Easter chocolate, turned around and went home. All we got in Webster was a couple of rounds of torential downpours.
Avatar 6:33pm
Dr. Jeff:

↳ Cathy N @6:24
Looked pretty ugly. Turns out the path of this minor tornado was just about a half mile south of my house!
Bossa Nova 3003 is pretty cool!

in the Beatles vs Beach Boys debate, gotta give credit to Brian Wilson for being a master of the studio. The Beatles left production to others.
Avatar 6:55pm
Dr. Jeff:

↳ Mr Fab @6:52
Agreed - loved the back and forth inspiration - Rubber Soul inspired Brian Wilson to produce Pet Sounds, which inspired the Beatles to do Sgt. Pepper
