	5:08am Krys O.: I'm guessing the 1960s natural foods movement brought the versatility of zucchini to the fire. Oh! My mom grew zucchini in her garden too. She would cook the flowers as well. You better dip them and fry them up. Yum!

	5:09am 12539: Zucchini is technically a fruit, so it's not so weird. But I'll tell you what's weird: "zucchini bread descends from a long line of European sweet vegetable puddings that date back to the Middle Ages. Carrot pudding is one of the oldest examples."
