Hahaha. Well, when I turned 40 I quite consciously decided to take better care of myself. After 15 years of playing in bands, and all the consequences that comes with doing so. So I quit smoking and started working out a lot. That was a very good choice.

Congrats! Really important stuff. Me too. Quit tobakky and eventually started to winnow away more and more drudgeries. Retiring from the stress of my job was the cherry on top. I’ve never felt better in my life.
