	2:22pm Mr. Oxford: ↳ Paper Kosmonaut @2:11 As an amateur outsider music enthusiast, I was aware of some of the music Darryl played on his show. But still, he played some stuff that was...I had to wonder how he found them haha. I believe some people have an approach to outsider music which tests how unlistenable and out-there can a listening session be. That was, in my opinion, not the case with Darryl's show. In my opinion, he selected tracks that were still listenable and had a lot of humor (intentionally or unintentionally). The way he packaged all the tracks in the show and tied it together with humorous between the tracks dialogues and advertisements - it was a celebration of outsider music in the classical sense. And I loved that. Plus the community that was built around the chat added to the amusement of the show. I certainly treasure and I plan to go though some of the episodes later tonight.

	2:48pm Mr. Oxford: I have to be honest, my all time favourite track that Darryl introduced me to was "Take It! Make It!" credited to Students at Work for Advanced Career Training which encouraged listeners to pursue further education to "MAKE BIG BUCKS!". That track will always make me laugh and a perfect example of the gems Darryl was aware of and would bring.

I have not listened to them for a while but what I always admired about it were the lunacy level creativity in the lyrics and how creatively they were put to music. So it makes complete sense to show them in a creative writing class.

But still, he played some stuff that was...I had to wonder how he found them haha. I believe some people have an approach to outsider music which tests how unlistenable and out-there can a listening session be. That was, in my opinion, not the case with Darryl's show. In my opinion, he selected tracks that were still listenable and had a lot of humor (intentionally or unintentionally). The way he packaged all the tracks in the show and tied it together with humorous between the tracks dialogues and advertisements - it was a celebration of outsider music in the classical sense. And I loved that. Plus the community that was built around the chat added to the amusement of the show. I certainly treasure and I plan to go though some of the episodes later tonight.
