	11:27am WR: One Christmas memory that stands out: I wake hearing my parents at the door of my brother and my bedroom. I'm 16 or so. My mom is whisper calling my name. In the background I can hear my dad saying, "Get him to come help put these bicycles together or it might take me all night." I did not respond. Finally my mom quit; afraid she was going to wake up all my siblings (I am the oldest of 6). I just didn't want to lose out on the shared experience of we kids waking each other up, wondering if it was ok to go look at the Christmas tree to see what Santa had brought. Of course our parents, after being up so late getting it all ready, had given us a mandate to not get up until 8 but by 7 we were sending the little ones to go peek and give us a report. Fun times. Thanks for asking about a memory. Writing this made me recall more details.

	11:27am WR: One Christmas memory that stands out: I wake hearing my parents at the door of my brother and my bedroom. I'm 16 or so. My mom is whisper calling my name. In the background I can hear my dad saying, "Get him to come help put these bicycles together or it might take me all night." I did not respond. Finally my mom quit; afraid she was going to wake up all my siblings (I am the oldest of 6). I just didn't want to lose out on the shared experience of we kids waking each other up, wondering if it was ok to go look at the Christmas tree to see what Santa had brought. Of course our parents, after being up so late getting it all ready, had given us a mandate to not get up until 8 but by 7 we were sending the little ones to go peek and give us a report. Fun times. Thanks for asking about a memory. Writing this made me recall more details.
