Recipe: 4 cups water to a boil, add 1/4 cup ground coffee, boil for 2 minutes, turn off heat, add cold water and let the grounds sink to the bottom. Enjoy!

I'm visiting the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and the only radio worth listening to is AM 650 (WGEI, I think) out of Nag's Head -- a stompin' gospel station. Great ads, too -- a place advertised one-stop shopping for haircuts, car washes, pedicures and "ribs so tender you don't need teeth to eat 'em!"
